By accessing littlesparrowmahjong.com ("the Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full card details.

Shipping timelines are quoted at checkout by the carrier and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Returns. Ready-made sets from our collections may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the set is unopened and in its original packaging. Tell us within that window and we will confirm where to send it. Return postage is paid by the customer; the refund is issued to the original payment method once the set arrives back with us.

Custom and personalized items — One of One commissions, configured branded sets and printed tile backs — are made to order from your artwork and are non-returnable unless faulty.

All artwork, photography, written content, and tile designs on the Site are the property of Little Sparrow Mahjong and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Your artwork and brands. If you submit, upload, direct or approve any artwork, logo, brand name, trademark, photograph or likeness for a product or commission, you confirm that you own it or have the rights holder's permission to use it, and that this covers every element in it. You take full responsibility for that material and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Sparrow Mahjong against any third-party claim arising from it or from our use of it as permitted by these terms.

Marketing and social media permission. You give Little Sparrow Mahjong express permission to display and publish that artwork and the finished product — including any names, logos and trademarks appearing on it — on our website, in our marketing, and on our social media channels, including tagging you and any associated brands in our posts. Our display of a third party's name or mark is solely to identify and depict the product we made and does not imply that the rights holder sponsors or endorses Little Sparrow Mahjong. If you would like your order kept private, tell us in writing before payment and we will not feature it. If a rights holder objects in writing to a specific use, we will remove that post or image from channels we control within a reasonable time.

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Sparrow Mahjong is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products.
