Hi, I'm Caroline.

Family has always been at the heart of everything I do. I'm a proud mum to two wonderful boys — one preparing for university and the other already there. Life at home is beautifully full with our dog Chloe and our two gorgeous cats, Charlotte and Cleopatra.

Although I've lived in Phoenix, Arizona for the past 20 years, my heart will always belong to the English countryside where I grew up in Warwickshire. Nature, beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and creating meaningful moments have shaped so much of who I am.

I played my very first game of Mahjong on March 1st, 2026. To be completely honest, I was utterly confused. But by the second game, I was completely in love with it.

I used to joke that I didn't really want to learn Mahjong because I had only ever seen the beautiful tiles displayed on tables in films. Secretly, I just wanted to own a beautiful set. That probably says a lot about me already. I've always loved aesthetics, atmosphere, and creating experiences that feel special.

The afternoon I learned to play, the table was beautifully set, candles were lit, caftans were encouraged, and what started as a game quickly became a ritual. Somewhere between the laughter, conversation, and clatter of the tiles, I discovered something that felt genuinely magical — connection, tradition, beauty, and the simple joy of gathering together.

Little Sparrow Mahjong was born from that feeling.

Every collection I create is inspired by the things I love most — nature, birds, flowers, bamboo, friendship, and meaningful gatherings. I love that Mahjong already carries so much beauty and personality within it, and my hope is to create sets that feel timeless, personal, and full of soul.

More than anything, I hope these sets become part of your own traditions — long afternoons with friends, cocktails in hand, delicious canapés on the table, laughter flowing into the evening, and moments that make you slow down and stay awhile.

Most of all, I hope you experience the same magic I felt that very first night around the table.
